Credits are virtual tokens used to access AI features on inMelo.
Certain AI features require credits for use. Whenever possible, the estimated credit cost will be shown before you confirm an AI task.
The system always deducts credits that expire sooner first.
Processing times for AI video features may be longer during periods of high demand.
The number of simultaneous AI video tasks per user may be limited.
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date and automatically expire afterward.
Purchased Credits are linked to your account, can be used across devices on the same platform after sign-in. Purchased Credits are not transferable across platforms.
Credit purchases are processed through Apple and are generally non-refundable, except as required by Apple policies or applicable law.
For both monthly and annual Premium subscriptions, credits are issued on a monthly billing cycle.
Subscription credits issued each billing cycle are valid only within that billing cycle and expire at the end of the current cycle.
When the subscription renews, a new set of credits will be issued.
If the subscription is canceled, unused credits remain usable until they expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
For Pro upgrading to Premium, credits will only be issued from the current billing cycle onward; previous cycles will not be retroactively provided.
If subscription renewal fails, credits will not be issued for the next cycle until payment is successfully processed.
Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app store, Credits are non-refundable. Any refunds or chargebacks may result in the forfeiture of the associated Credits.
If an AI task fails due to a system or network error and no result is generated, unused Credits will be automatically returned when applicable.
Credits will not be refunded if a task completes successfully but the result does not meet personal expectations.
Users can view their current credit balance and usage history within the inMelo app.
Credits cannot be transferred, shared, or gifted to other users.
Credits have no cash value.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or used outside of inMelo.
Where abnormal or policy-violating activity related to the acquisition of Credits is identified, including but not limited to fraud, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or malicious refund or chargeback behavior, inMelo may, to the extent permitted by law, temporarily freeze the use of Credits and restrict access to related services. Credits may be restored once the issue has been resolved, unless further action is required in accordance with applicable laws or policies.
Credits are managed according to Appleās subscription and refund mechanisms.
inMelo may adjust Credit pricing, expiration periods, or redemption rules from time to time for operational, compliance, or product-related reasons, as permitted by applicable law. If there are any updates to the AI Credits Rules, inMelo will announce them in the app. Updated policies take effect automatically upon release.
